The D250 is the latest manifestation of Acer’s Aspire One. This is the first Aspire we’ve seen with a 10in pomp – early previously to models had only an 8. It’s one of the worst displays in this conglomeration. Although the vaunt is larger than it was on former Aspires, the keyboard is unchanged, so it’s smaller than we’d believe for a 10in netbook. The sharp keys give oodles of feedback when pressed, but their undersized gauge makes put one's hand on-typing a inadequate trickier than on some of the larger keyboards here. The touchpad buttons are placed underneath the pad as an alternative of to either side of it like above Aspire netbooks, which is an advance. The pad also supports multitouch gestures, so swiping unconventional numbers of fingers in original directions performs communal actions such as scrolling through windows or rotating images. Unfortunately, the unsatisfactory judge of the pad and buttons let slip them frustrating to use.

Does anyone be familiar with how to disable the WiFi on my Acer Aspire One D250. I have already switched the WiFi scanning button off but it would be agreeably to know how to stop it from scanning constantly if I ignore to switch it off after rebooting or starting up. I'm not using the WiFi at the half a mo to connect to my wireless router I'm using the 3 Dongle in lieu of.
You can access your fancy manager (Start->right-click My Computer->show a preference for Manage) and disable your WiFi adapter. Do not uninstall it, or it will try to re-initiate it every time you boot up.
