I have had my Acer for a illiberal over 6 months now. I have not had any problems with it before now. It seems to freeze up randomly and I have to manually segregate it down (by holding the power button down for 10 or so seconds). I tried to renew the computer to the factory specs using eRecovery, but it upright seems to restart the computer to the same screen I was in before.
