Trying to find CMOS battery in Acer Notebook?

I have an Acer Aspire 9402 notebook. The CMOS battery is succeeding on it and want to change it. Notebook in almost 3 yrs old, and no longer under warranty. Acer is absolutely useless in answering my request to a diagram. They call for 445$ and have me ship it to CA. I can't find a diagram anywhere online. Can anyone workers please?
