I am looking into E readers and cannot make up one's mind between the Nook and the Kindle. I think that the nook looks nicer but i am not firm about what is a better value or what is a better overall e reader.

I am asking for the Kindle for my birthday because it has more features that fit me. Do you have an i-pod phone or i-pod touch? If you do you can download from your kindle to your i-pod. It also has an audio headline that lets you hear the book and then switch to reading the register when you want. My library also has more down-loadable books for the kindle than the cavity.

amazon kindle e reader: Amazon releases e-textbooks for the Kindle

22.07.11 College students say theyre looking ship to paying about $20 for electronic versions of $100 textbooks and carrying them on a Kindle as opposed to of on their backs. Online book retailer Amazon announced this week it will submit college textbook downloads to its Kindle reader and through Kindle applications on laptops , iPads and smartphones. Main Source Technologies, a subsidiary of La Vergne-based Ingram Serenity Group, tripled the number of college students using its e-textbooks last year to about a million, said Kent Freeman, Needed Sources president. Vital Source supplied the software that powers e-textbooks that nursing students at Lipscomb and Belmont universities broadcast on laptops .
