I don't conceive of so. The Pandigital looks a little more square in fashion than the Kindle, and the Nook is about the came width as the Kindle but a little taller. Go over to Master Buy or another electronics store and look at the neoprene cases, and you might find something that will fit well enough to at least safeguard your unit.
