I have a first contemporaries iPod......I think that's what they call it. It's the first model that Apple came out with, I over. It has the click wheel with seperate buttons, not the integrated buttons. Anyways, I recently bought a laptop, which is not a mac, so it doesn't have a firewire harbour. My iPod connects to the computer through a firewire port, not USB.
