I'm very much disappointed in Apple Care's customer service. I needed to get something fixed on my laptop last ceaselessly, but because I had 2 small dents on my computer, they will not fix it and they voided my warranty.
I am prevalent to sell this piece of crap Macbook Air and buy a more stalwart Macbook Pro.
Does anyone know an alternative to Apple Care's pledge?
