I have tried using DVI (Female) to VGA (Manful) adapter to connect Apple Cinema Display monitor to a windows laptop but that did not business. Is there a alternative way to connect? Does buying alien usb DVI card would do the job? Or buying a DVI converter?
DVI and VGA are not compatible with each other. DVI is a digital signal, whereas VGA is analog. If your computer only has a VGA haven, there is no signal the Cinema Display can use, since its a digital-only device. If the Cinema Display had analog capabilities, then yes, the rope you are using would work, but the display is a digital only device.

Do this and the software configures the Mac so that it can tide its video and audio to the McTivia box and thus to your TV. McTivia offers 720p video, 44.
