Okay so my laptop has three problems. It has to be turned on in safe mode (not my extremely), the screen is cracked and the bottom is cracked (both my fault, but accidents). It may or may not be under guarantee, if it is the warranty will be ending very soon. So my question is can I send it in to have it replaced, but with me only paying a fraction on what it normally would be to buy a macbook?
