I constraint to buy a laptop for a presentation very soon. i just need it to be blanket a good functioning computer with decent graphics, processor, despatch, wifi connectivity and speed, compatability, thoughtful amount of space (at least 50-100GB space), and battery living (at least 3-4hours).

You won't find any dignified laptops for under $300.

The only laptops that cheap are 'netbooks' which are mini-laptops with trivial screens and keyboards. They are portable but they are not powerful and they want a lot of features, not to mention they are tiny.
