i have an asus netbook. i tripped on the power cord as i was walking by and it and ripped out of the netbook so sybaritically the netbook didn't even move. everything works and looks like it didn't fix the outlet on the laptop, and the power cord isn't damaged.
Yeah, it's purposes going to die soon because of it. You shouldn't have done that. Don't do that again.
