Hi I'm planning on buying a laptop for important school soon, planning on using it ordinary here they are, TOSHIBA Satellite C655-S5123 or ASUS A53 Series A53U-XE1

320gb pitiless drive
AMD Dual-Core Processor C-50 1.0GHz processor

Toshiba

250gb baffling drive
Intel Celeron 925 2.3GHz processor

The Toshiba has the better processor. Other then that both are well brought up everyday laptop for school, watching videos and internet. They are in no way for gaming.

they are the same fasten together.but i saw the specs to both and my advice is to get this one from walmart,it says 399 on the place,but in my store its 350. has similar specs to the asus. the asus is a dual substance processor but it is a specialized processor. i am getting one my self to use next semester, i am environmental study major.
