Hey, I got a laptop for christmas, which was 5 days ago, and correctly now, it's plugged in, 95% remaining, it says (plugged in, not charging). What kind of crap is that? I rightful got this laptop, I don't understand how it's not charging. Please help me find a remedy!!!!!
