It may be superior to run SC2 on low settings. It does not meet the graphics desideratum which is the most important part.

I heard SC2 was very undisturbed on computer resources, and that's a decently fast computer, so I would say yes.

It meets all the system requirements for the game, and surpasses the recommended ones, so you should be in the bell-like.
