I difficulty help with what to buy.... and where (hoping there's somewhere online) Ok my simultaneous proccesor is
AMD Turion(tm) II Dual-Core Ambulatory M500
And my laptop is ASUS Notebook K51AE Series
(i don't know if the lie down helps and have no clue what it is but i'll put anyway)
Chipset AMD 785GX
Southbridge AMD SB700
Any relieve?

Chances are, you won't be superior to upgrade it (with laptops, you usually can't).

well your socket your using is very old about 5 years old... so it be badly to find a CPU to upgrade to.. and even if you bought a better cpu i wouldnt recommed you upgrading your CPU as in a laptop if its upgradable then its a in bowels of the earth job as its a cpu and should be done with some one with the experience...
