I don't over recall there is one that has come out that can completely replace hand-drawing, mainly if you will be drawing unto the tablet with your hand.
Most professional artists who worker draw that I know would draw the drawings (like cartoons) and then survey them into a computer and then use Adobe Photoshop to fix the coloring or any mistakes.
