I'd like to change 2 gig ram to 6 gig ram?

Im using asus notebook specs: core i3 370m, win7 32bit, 2 gig of ddr3 ram, nvidia geforce 310m. my laptop supports 8gig of ram btw.

i regularly open 3 clients of online games (deprecate). 2 internet explorer with different tabs. and somehow im doing abode works. editing videos and stuffs. and the respect usage boost to 97% of usage and a bit lag.

32 bit Windows (of any manifestation) will only ever see 4 gigs of RAM, no matter how much more than that is physically installed.
