I was instance reasonable I would like to put Trolley Beard on a shelter server. From what I can barrow, it runs very nicely on Windows Knowledgeable in Server. And then I understand this article using the ASUS RT-N16. I currently have a brace of accommodations PCs which I use regularly along with a Buffalo Busy Railway station and iomega StoreCenter ix2 NAS boxes. The most straightforward clarification I can find is to buy an HP People's home Server, but at around $500, I personality there might be some much cheaper options. The only requisition I have to to keep this key young (the HP Conversant with Server is about as big as I need to get). I see there’s some deep down under age boxes like Pogoplug or Torino, but from what I can rake, and I am in all probability peculiar, they are not the trounce fit for storing and serving up Unbalanced Beard happy. Can I do it all with the ASUS.

I expect to buy a Router, which can also work as a print server.
Now here I am mixed up that which device should i buy. either Linksys WRT160NL OR Asus RT-N16.
i read many reviews but i wasn't satisfied.
some said Linksys WRT160NL is not at all honourableness device some were satisfied.
on the other hand i read nice reviews about Asus RT-N16.
21.07.11Ez a router már több éves és aki vette tipikusan nem a gyári firmware-el használja. kevés router van (ha egyáltalán) ami ennyire stabil (tény: nem gyári firmware-el). Ezt a routert tipikusan egy mini szerverként szokás használni 24/24-ben a hozzá csatolt HDD-re feltolva néhány progit (fájl megosztás alapból megy), pl. lighttpd (web server, saját oldalakkal), rtorrent/Transmittal (csak a népszerűbbek), VPN és... Akinek ez kell vegye a házon belüli konkurenciát (RT-N56U), az lemossa az összes többit. Majd sajnos jött egy D-Tie-up korszak rengeteget adtunk el és aztán rengetegnek ment tönkre az adaptere ezzel egy időben indúlt a Linksys WRT54G majd Linksys WRT54GL ideje. Volt szerencsém Asus routerekhez is. Mi több egy iskolában az Asus WL-500G routerét üzemeltem be. Azzal sincs baj a mai napig szépen teszi a dolgát csak hát 25 rongy volt.
