I have had an HP Pavilion for about 2 and a half years now, and I can say I be remorseful over ever purchasing from HP. Their engineering is sparse…My computer has a serious cooling disturbed and the cpu’s reach assassin loaded temperatures. HP’s fellow handling is Ghastly…My computer had a manufactures weak point and it took over a month for me to get my computer back from them resolved…. Do not buy an HP…and to suffer the consequences of c take your beyond consideration I don’t even use a battery in my laptop anymore, because it’s fully disused. Reasonable don’t buy an HP…Lay up a few accessory bucks for a Lenovo or a Mac. They both have tiptop consumer help and produce with the exception of products.

It hs been a nightmare ever since we sent it in for working order. It has been there since January 12th and they are still waiting on the parts (apparently the unsolvable drive crashed plus more problems they said). Completely after raising so much .... they decided to give us a new one. They said they would give us something comparable. I at bottom don't want to deal with HP again or Best Buy.
Tough it out protrude with HP, in my experience they were awesome about fixing things, i sent in my laptop for commitment repair and they did everything replaced the screen ( which was the only thing in disrepair), replaced the HDD, replaced misc. broken inexperienced pieces, and cleaned it all up for free and it only took a week or two.
