i cant find an update to my display drivers for a dell latitude d610?

i checked on dell website for an update to my betray drivers, but i could not find any updates. i also checked the driver's website (intel) but their checking utility said the driver was fabricator customised. so, i cant find any way to update my drivers. does anyone be informed how to get recent drivers? all computer information is below.

So you imagine Dell will spend time and money to keep updating this archaic armaments?
