I was playing on my laptop 2 days ago when all of a rapid my screen went black with a underscore in the upper left side corner blinking. Every time I turn my computer on now the Dell acts like its thriving to load up and work but it goes straight to the black shelter with the underscore blinking in the upper left corner. Can anyone please servants me fix this problem?
