For some objective, the green light on the power brick is on, but as some time as I plug the power jack into the laptop, the green liven up turns off as if I have taken the plug out the wall. The no battery icon does not show that it is charging when it is plugged in anymore.

If your laptop is unqualified to power on with just the charger then that means the charger is bad. If it was superior to power on with the charger, that would mean the batter was bad.
It seems to me like the unruly is within the charger because the charger's light turns off when you hype stop up it in, so to me that seems as if its reacting once its starting its job.
