I have had a lot of problems with my computer and basic a little help. I have my Windows install disk but do not have my Dell drivers and utilities disk. What I am asking for is be cautious by step instructions how to wipe the hard drive and repartition. Also, where do I download and reinstall the Dell drivers that I do not have? And how do I reinstall them?
First you should establish the Windows on the laptop. It will ask you to format and install alternative during the installation process.
Once it gets completed, you can either go to dell.com and imagine an account there and list down the PC# and it can tell you all drivers needed for your laptop. It should be under Stand and Drivers for your laptop.
