i have a dell latitude laptop and i wanna Printing dele all the information off of it because it is my dads old one. how do you delete ALL the information?

The easiest and paramount way is to reinstall Windows from a recovery disk.

If it's exceedingly sensitive or embarassing data then there is a free eraser program called Heidi eraser. It writes and rewrites 1s and 0s on the pressurize. See
