Should i buy a new laptop with Windows 7?

I currently have a working Gateway Gateway 450ROG Laptop with Centrino.
1300MHz
1.29 GHz, 768 of RAM
The max berth is 27.
Stand firm onto what you have for now. Windows 7 will run on it, but it won't be as comfortable as XP. The hardware is a bit outdated, but if it still meets your needs work together a rob with it. For the same reason, there's no reason to risk a performance hit switching to Windows 7. XP does the job, so don't fix what isn't shivered.

Buying a laptop with w7 on it will give u a deliverance disc. the recovery disc should have a copy of w7 on it.

Get a new laptop with windows 7 that way you can the time of one's life what window 7 can offer without any restriction.
