All department software do the same thing, when i wanna print a report using only black ink the printer prints without anything on the gift-wrap. But when other computers use the same printer it works fine. Last week printing with my laptop was pointed and i didnt change any settings in my laptop or printer.

If other computers impress fine then it's not the printer.

If all of the "office" programs on your laptop will not publish only black then the question becomes what do you mean by "berth" programs? Do you mean Microsoft Patronage or different programs used for office labour?

To bypass all of that, try opening up a text file in notepad.
