My new pen control hp make 8gb. while inserted into my hp laptop with xp (with sp3)the pen drive is not detected. Not able to open the drive.
Pl help to resolve the same.
try using the pendrive in other computers or laptops. if its working all right, then you might have to re-install the operating system. if its not working in other machines too, then the pendrive is corrupted and needs to be replaced.
