It will, but you necessity BIOS version 1702 or later. If your motherboard ships with a BIOS style earlier than that, you will need another CPU to use temporarily so that you can update the BIOS. A motherboard made before 6/7/2010 will not sustain a Core i5 760 without a BIOS update.
