I'd change to an AMD CPU and Mobo so you can put the extra hundred or so bucks into the GPU and get a better one. Nvidia 200 series. Everything else looks okay.
PS: if you do turn the cpu make sure to switch the heatsink too and recollection. You will only need double channel ram. 8 GB is overkill in my point of view.
