What is the highest temperature an Intel i5-520M should operate at?

I have a Dell Studio laptop with the Intel i5-520M laptop.
I've installed a program which will automatically mask down the computer if it is overheating (my last laptop a few months back died from overheating.. I left side it on for a weekend and i ruined it.)

What temperature should I set my shutdown temperature to? 90 degrees Celsius?

Start with less temperatures. If you guess that computer is shutting down while it's not overheated yet, increase the shut down temperature. Keep doing this untill you find out the temperature value you in the final analysis want.
