Can I sell my laptop that has installed, and registered, programs on it?

I own an IBM/Lenovo 17" Y710 laptop. I have AutoDesk programs installed on it which contain: AutoCad 2009 & 3ds Max 2009. Am I able to carry my laptop with these programs installed on it currently? They are fully registered and they are not pain in the arse versions.
