My lenovo uses a charger that has an harvest of 20v and 4.5A (whatever that means....)
I bought a spare charger to use in another dwelling from ebay that is meant for this computer and when I plug it in there is no problem with it charging or getting hot, etc. However this ebay charger's production is 19v and 3.75A. What does that mean?
It doesn't complication as much on their feedback. A lot of the time people leave reliable feedback because they don't want to go through the whole process of having to raise doubts about it, return it, and get another.
As for your question, it is not recommended you use the charger. For voltage, being 1 off is pointed but the amperage is not ok.
