I was principled wondering if these laptops can handle Sims 3 well enough to in fact play it. Here are the specs for both

Judging from the benchmarks of this accelerator; you should be clever to handle Sims 3 on low settings at around 27 FPS. This means if you have anything else running in the distance, your FPS will drop and it may become unplayable. I say, with a chip this weak, it's not significance buying a game that can only be run on the lowest settings.
