Help with a wireless keyboard/mouse problem?

I got the lenovo wireless multimedia mini keyboard with the trackball. I am using a pc. I got it to travail a few times, but now it's not detected. The power is on, I can see the red glow from the trackball. I comprehend its not my drivers, I checked device manager, I plugged in a habitual wired usb mouse and that worked fine. I tried plugging it into another mooring and that didn't help.

With Lenovo being fathered by IBM, I'm not suprised that you're having problems verdict solutions on their website as a normal user. We've had a few of these in our purchase have the same issues. We've solved 90% of them with a firmware update. The ones that didn't take were turned in because we were told that the harshly ware was fried. So try a firmware update.

There's to all intents some faulty wiring on the product in this case. Stock market it or buy a different brand if it's not your driver or port problem.

The keyboard, mouse and receiver each have a chain button. They are quite small and usually on the under side of each stake
You must push the button on the receiver first then quickly prompt the buttons on the keyboard and mouse.
