I need to replace my 4 cell battery, Part Number 42T5234, in my 15.4" Thinkpad R61i with a 6 apartment or 9 cell. Will the 6 cell battery, Part Number 41U3198, employment? Will the 9 cell battery, Part Number 43R2499, work?
The Part Gang of my 15.4" R61i is 8932-CTO.
As extended as the battery fits the form factor of the laptop, it should toil.
The cell count usually is just an subpoena of how long a battery is set to last, so a 6 cell lasts longer than a 4 cubicle and a 9 cell should last the longest.
