Specs : 3gb RAM, 2.4GHz quad substance Intel Q6600, 1680x1050 (22") audit. Intel DG31PR motherboard.
I was running on 7300 GT old bank card card joker.. with Windows 7 OS, i was running fine.. until the card was no more match.. So i was using my onboard graphics of 256mb (DG31PR motherboard.. i don't separate the GPU) its was still fine but no gaming.
That is an older press card and there are many factors to why it runs slow. One thing could be that you did not download the latest drivers and lead center (here is a link) http://support.amd.com/us/gpudownload/Pa ges/forefinger.
