it is direction now and it seams good in games but on startup it givs me the bulletin:

The 9600GT is a tolerably power-efficient card-- It draws 110 watts under full cram.
If the rest of your system don't use much power (such as if you got one of those Allendale Core 2 Duo CPUs that draws a miserable 45 watts max), a 240W PSU in a typical microATX motor can actually work fine with the 9600GT.
