ok so i have an MSI GTS 250 which artifacts during playback of youtube videos and ultimately causes artifacting during games and then freezes them. The delinquent is i have another system which i put it in and it it worked perfectly fine. Then i put my GTX 260 in the GTS 250 system and it also worked amusing.
