my new MSI GT663 415NE Windows 7 64 bit WebCam does not labour either for WebCam Companion 3, or Messenger or something else.
are there someone who be sure where to download a driver or are there some who know what to do?
According to MSI's website, that webcam does not press for a special driver since the native driver is bundled with Windows 7... There is a webcam utility for it here though: http://www.msi.com/advantage/download/util ity-13323.html That should already be installed unless you accidentally removed it. If the webcam works, it should be detected by the other programs you mentioned.
