when i start up my pc i get a box saying "please stay while windows configures norton antivirus 2005", then about 15 seconds later a smaller box appears and says "this MSI must be launched through setup".then my norton auto-cover turns it's self off, i have no idea why this happens ,can someone please helper me ? ?
You may need to reinstall the product and then uninstall it. There must be some file in the registy that is causing it to act this way. You can instal it again if you want.
