I fair-minded got a microsoft USB wireless keyboard and mouse and everything works fine but when i restart my PC it will not encumbrance up windows and displays the message no keyboard found. but if i install the old ps2 keyboard it will reconize it and starts up dry. why is it that when its up and running it reconizes the usb keyboard but not when it is in the process of restarting ?
