Hi Everyone,
I honest bought a Panasonic toughbook W8 and would like to know if you recommend me putting ubuntu or another flavor of linux? It comes with xp and vista upgrade. If I should put a linux OS (even Chrome) what flavor should I put?
Blanket a Linux based platform can perform most of the tasks equally as well as a Windows based stand using the likes of Ubuntu and its derivative distros. However Linux does have its limitations with some applications and in fastidious gaming. For example alongside Linux Heap I retain a partition with XP on to run specific applications such as Dreamweaver CS5, Aid 2007 etc.
