This is the newest likeness (W211AX) of Sony’s Netbooks and has a extended battery life story. On my girlfriends netbook (sony vaio vpcw11s1e) meet windows XP, it gets half way through booting up, and stops and shows the blue cull showing: 0xED UNMOUNTABLE_BOOT_VOLUME. I've been told the first thing to do is load another OS onto it via USB flash drive (it has no optical operate.) and then uninstall windowss. I tried Ubuntu, Linux.
Unmountable boot aggregate usually means the hard drive has failed.
What it means is the system can't find the incomprehensible drive when it first starts to boot.
