im cogitative about getting a sony vaio. does anyone own one? what are the pros and cons of this computer? im looking for something i can use for prime. writing papers, researching. any help is greatly appreciated! thanks!

its orderly i dont see any problems
i like mine it has built-in cam and mic
its 120 GB 1 GB RAM 1.73 GHz Vista OS
it also have dvd,sd,usb,bluetooth,infrared etc.
and esp. its PINK!
09.07.11It's a Sony only because it is made to detail by Sony engineers (or I would at least hope I can presume that it is) essentially I say this because one would only confidence to believ. VAIO desktops were awesome in their time, and gave Sony a arrant reputation with the VAIO trademark. They use the VAIO name these days to the level of weighty exploitation. Because back in the day when Sony made some awesome VAIO units, they were pricey, but respected. The problem today is that the VAIO no longer stands out like it once did. Regretful to break it to you but it's really not a Sony, Sony subs their LT manufacturing out to one of the cheapest Manufacturers in China. Don't await it to bear the rugged construction, reliability, and longevity of the renown seasoned VAIO desktops though because you will be disappointed if you do. About the toughest units out there today certainly do not classify these. Just don't be mislead by the ruggedness of the VAIO's of yesteryear because if you do, I find credible it...
