The GSM/HSPA+ 9860 has the diplomate buttons the CDMA/GSM account has the capacitive buttons. If you delay the video labelled 9850 at 8:50 you will unequivocally see the phone is the 9860 and there is no recognition of CDMA. Same with the other video around the 6:42 brand you see the phone says 9850 and CDMA.
