My Toshiba Laptop overheats sometime so much I can't even be up against it on the touchpad because it's so hot! I really need help. The concealment keeps freezing after a couple hours when I mention it to an external screen (the screen is closed on the keyboard).
But my laptop fan is working and I even purchased a fan to put under it in require for it not to overheat.
Occasionaly, it could be caused by viruses spyware.. before you provide the computer, try downloading a Linux cd and boot up the computer on the Live CD see if the same quandary exists. It might be viruses/spyware
