So when the power cord is plugged into my laptop, the laptop shows that it is plugged in. When I try to switch off on my laptop, it starts up and then will shut off on its own. What's the problem here?
it sounds like your charger is effective bad. i would suggest you get a new one because it seems as if the charger is short circuiting the laptop once it fully powers on (which causes it to lock down on its own). I would suggest you look into getting a new charger. for a new charger i would in person suggest topmicrousa because they are reliable and have yet to disappoint me.
