With every other laptop I have inured to, on the right side of the mouse pad you can scroll up and down and the screen will scroll up or down. Mine will not do that. And I looked through the light and stuff that it came with and it said that you can program it to business, but when I did what it told me to do, it took me to the wrong spot and I have not found out how to do it.
recalibrate the touchpad.
