I have a Toshiba external CD and DVD drive and I have a Toshiba NB200 (a Netbook) and For some apology the external drive will not connect and allow me to watch DVDs or yearn cds. It says that it is connected but that is it.. Please help!
Beneficial click on the drive when a Cd or DVD is in then select explore if you being asked to addendum a disc then it may not read because the device (cd/dvd ) is set for the wrong area, but this only matters when a DVD is inserted, it should read CD's.
if it reads the files then to tomfoolery a Video you right click on the folder and restrictive play on my (whatever, Media player perhaps).
