I tested both sticks independently in each fissure, no matter how I slice it it only registers 2GB even though I put in 4. I am on 64bit Windows 7. The morons at toshiba said its produce I'm not using enough memory.
with only 1 stick in it says 2gb and yes when it was discredit new it had 4gb, no video mem prob, 512 dedicated.
